Life is full of precious moments and the beauty of it lies in capturing them. Though for most people, these instances of joy come in the form of photographs, but for people like us, they come in the form of designer products. Quite literally, we create objects that foster our unique experiences.
Inspired by the personal moments of our life which come through a paper boat that is sailing in the rain or a kid who is playing with a paper plane dreaming of flying a real one soon, we are always keen to contextualise our experiences into simple, functional, emotional, evocative designs.
Our inspiration stems from different places at different times. We find ourselves inspired by experiences, materials and curiosity; sometimes it is about looking at things differently, and at times it is about solving a problem where the result might require a functional solution.
For the most part, our environment is our biggest source of inspiration. Using inspiration from material, processes, experiences, context and people, we create objects and experiences which lean towards minimal aesthetics, are emotionally evoking and use precisely engineered construction.
Our source of creativeness lies in anything and everything around us which lets us spread oodles of joy, smile and magic in the lives of our customers. We use the best of materials, technology and resources to fashion remarkably crafted objects. This is what places our work at the intersection of art and design.
At Rayden Design Studio, you’ll come across art, design and technology blended to create unique products that don’t serve the mere piece of being just any other décor material. We strive to enumerate a story behind our myriad range of products designed in various materials including copper, wood, stoneware and others.
Our exquisite collections of designer products consist of Water Glasses, Playhouse, UT Oil lamps, Playboats, Play Planes and Urban Tweeter Pitcher. What makes these products different is that they add a sense of style to your décor quotient and can also be put to an alternative use. For instance, you can use the UT Oil lamps as a flower pot and a water glass as a flower vase.
As designers, we are on a mission to make everyday objects beautiful, one extra ordinary product at a time. Unlike other studios, our aim is not be different by producing products that are not relatable to the Indian consumers, but we want to be the best in our business by presenting products that have a useful purpose.
Our focus lies on design sensibilities as we function by the good old thinking ‘design is a way of life,’ and we always try our best to enumerate the same in our products. We are indulging our curiosities in exploring new materials and in the coming years, we hope to launch two new product lines.
